Shipping Policy

The SunriseMilk Jaipur aims to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Orders placed, are dispatched 2 to 3 days and will deliver you within 7 to 8 working days. However, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays. We send all our orders via a signed for delivery service to ensure we have proof of delivery.

Shipping cost:

Shipping for all orders within India is Free. For all international orders from outside India, orders under $190  are charged INR 1500 per kg (approx. USD 20) and orders above $190 are shipped free.

Delivery time:

From the time of shipping, it takes about 7-8 days for domestic orders and 12-15 days for international orders to reach you. If you have placed an order with numerous items, please note that these items may deliver you with different shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and, on some occasions, there might be some unavoidable delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delays.

If order dispatch is delayed:

We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at and we will try our best to resolve your issues.

You can track your order:

For orders within India, when your order will dispatch, we will send you an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.

After your order is dispatched from our warehouse you can track the status of your package within 24 hours. We take 15-20 working days to ship international orders from our end. Cash on delivery / (COD) is not available for now. 

 

Customs & Duties:

Any customs or import duties are levied once a package reaches its destination country. Any hidden or Additional charges for customs clearance or duties must be borne by the client only. These charges are beyond our control and cannot predict what they may be. Please note that delays can occur in customs and these delays are beyond our control.

Order cancellation due to certain reasons:

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept or fulfill and can be canceled from our side.

SunriseMilk Jaipur has the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

In some situation, your order can be canceled due to:- 

• Limitation of quantities available for purchase.
• Inaccuracies or errors or omissions in product or pricing information.
• Sometimes we may also require additional information or verification before we accept your order.

We will contact you if your order is canceled from our side or if any additional information is required to accept your order.

If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled from our side than charged amount will be reversed back in your Card Account.

We except the customer not to dispute the decision made by SunriseMilk and accept SunriseMilk decision regarding the cancellation.

 

     Courier:

• Delivery takes 7-8 working days for domestic orders.
• We will mail you the ordered items as soon as the payment verification is done which excludes weekends & public holidays.
• Orders are trackable and 100%
• The Customer or anyone living at the address will be required to sign for the package at the door.
• As soon as the order is shipped, we will mail you the details of the order with the courier company and tracking number, After that it's the customer's duty to follow up with the courier company. If you face any problem regarding delivery you can mail us support@SunriseMilk.com we will help you out as early as we can.

Change of delivery address:

We are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been placed (billed). If you need to change your delivery address after purchase then you will need to contact the courier company.
