Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Goods refer to the items or product offered for sale on the Website or Application..
• Orders mean a request by “Customer” ,”You” to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website or Application.
• Website refers to SunriseMilk, accessible from https://surisemilk.in
• You refer to the person using the service, the business, or another legal entity that the person using the service is acting on behalf of, as appropriate.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Before your order is scheduled for delivery, you have the right to cancel it without providing a reason.

The deadline for canceling an Order is when the order status is “scheduled for delivery” from the time, when You have placed the order on our website or Application.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be provided to the original payment method used at the time of purchase, such as a credit card, debit card, net banking, coupon, Wallet, etc.; in the event that payment gateway name payments are made, refunds will also be made to the same account.

Refund Timeline:

Once a refund has been authorized, it will be given out within 24 business hours

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that request should be raised within 5 hours from the time it is delivered.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

SunriseMilk reserves all the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded( If mentioned during sale). This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
